:: The immune system protects the body against foreign
invaders and our own mutant cells. The thymus
is the main immune organ located under the breast bone,
Unfortunately, it involutes relatively early. Thymunex is a brand new thymus extract
from marine origin, true immunocorrector.
:: During
the past decade there has been considerable research in
understanding the mechanism of angiogenesis. Angiogenesis is
the formation of new blood vessels. This process is crucial
for normal growth and development. In healthy adults,
angiogenesis does not normally occur except during ovulation,
in the placenta and for wound healing. More..

Controlling Bad Blood Vessels ..
The international scientific community is hard at work,
studying the biological process known as angiogenesis, the
formation of new blood vessels. Unfortunately, the formation
of new blood vessels can also occur in certain pathological
situations, complicating certain diseases. In this report, we
explore angiogenesis, and the use of CarTCell a clinically
proven, over-the-counter solution to the formation of these
unwanted blood vessels.
How angiogenesis complicates cancer
?
Angiogenesis
performs a critical role in the development of cancer. Solid
tumors smaller than 1 to 2 cubic millimeters are not
vascularized. To spread, they need to be supplied by blood
vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients and remove metabolic
wastes...
::CAST: A
Chemotherapy Active Support Technology
Successful
chemotherapy tracks and kills all cancer cells while avoiding
attacking the healthy cells of one’s organism. Unfortunately
this therapeutic ideal is seldom attained because cancer cells
naturally have certain means to resist the action of
chemotherapeutic agents. CAST is a multivalent formula acting as
a chemosensitizer and an inhibitor of metastasis as

AEterna Laboratories Inc. announced that
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
has granted its lead product, Neovastat(R),
antiangiogenic components extracted from marine
cartilage, orphan-drug status for the treatment of
renal cell carcinoma, a form of kidney
cancer. "We are pleased with this designation
from the FDA which acknowledges the potential
clinical benefit of Neovastat in renal cell
carcinoma. This orphan- drug status together
with the invaluable commitment from investigators
in the current international Phase III clinical
trials in renal cell carcinoma and non-small
cell lung cancer are very encouraging, as we are
completing late- stage development of this
unique oral multifunctional antiangiogenic
drug", said Dr. Claude Hariton, AEterna's Vice
President and Chief Medical Officer |
