• Subjects: 44 subjects (37 men and 12 women), aged 24-75.

• Status: Moderate to severe psoriasis (Mean PASI score: 10.0 ± 5.6

• Treatment: Subjects were randomized to one of 3 groups

(30, 60, 120, 240 ml per day)

Study Results:

• Orally administered LCE are effective in reducing the severity and area of psoriasis

• The results are proportional to the dose

• The dose required may be too high for treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis
